Shipping & Delivery
Delivery within mainland UK is £2.99 with faster delivery options at additional charge. Some outlying addresses may attract a surcharge for larger items and those over 2kg. Additional charges apply to all orders for delivery to Channel Islands over 2kg. International shipping costs are calculated by weight at checkout.
All delivery services used are tracked, tracking information is provided with our order dispatch confirmation email.
We use various carriers including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Yodel, Evri, DHL, DPD and FedEx.
Customers in the UK can choose £2.99 Standard delivery or pay for a delivery upgrade to receive their orders faster. The delivery upgrade services vary throughout the year, depending on the status of delivery networks at the time an order is received. As a general rules, in circumstances when there are no issues such as industrial action, delivery network blockages or covid restrictions, these are our standard expected delivery times to UK mainland addresses - outlying islands and the Scottish Highlands may take an additional day or two:
Standard delivery 3-7 business days
FASTER 2-4 business days
FASTEST is usually 1-3 days if order is received later than 1pm another day may be needed to reach you depending on destination. (does not include Saturday or Sunday deliveries at this time)
Customers outside the UK are responsible for all, and any customs charges made locally in the destination country.
We will pass your email address to the carrier so they can contact you. If customs charges apply, the carrier will contact you on the email address you provide for your order.
If customs charges are not responded to and the carrier disposes of the goods, they will be considered as abandoned and no refund will be payable.
The most common reason for delayed and failed international deliveries is customs issues. It is VERY important that customers email address is correct and that customers check junk/spam mail folders for emails from the carriers.
International delivery times vary enormously around the world, we generally use a mid-range service for our international deliveries - not the cheapest and slowest and not the fastest and most expensive as a general expectation of times we estimate:
Europe Zone 1 including ROI 3-5 Business Days
Europe Zone 2 3-8 Business Days
World Zone 1 3-8 Business Days
World Zone 2 5-10 Business Days
World Zone 3 (USA) 6-10 Business Days
